A quick guide to the Band Conditions page and the Work On Air Stations page.
Page 1 — Band Conditions
This is the main dashboard: solar data, HF/space-weather conditions, the day/night map, and more, all in one place.
Click the Work on Air Stations button at the top to open Page 2 in a separate tab. Both tabs stay open, so you can flip back and forth between them.
Watch for the hand cursor. Hover your mouse over a widget — if the pointer turns into a hand, that widget is clickable and usually shows more detail. Two examples: the Solar & Geomagnetic Data widget (click it for SFI, 304A, A-index & K-index details), and the Day/Night Map (click it for a larger, more detailed map). Those are just examples — try hovering over other widgets too and see what responds.
Click a call sign. Most call signs you see on this page are clickable — click one and it'll either open that station's QRZ.com listing or plot their location on the map, depending on where you clicked it.
Page 2 — Work On Air Stations
This page lists live activity — DX Cluster spots, POTA, SOTA, WWFF, and PSK Reporter — plus a world map and your own station list.
Sort by frequency. Each spot panel has a button that reads 📻 Sort: Time. Click it and it switches to 📻 Sort: Freq, which reorders that panel's spots by frequency instead of by when they were posted — handy for scanning a band to see what's active right now instead of scrolling through a time-ordered list.
Click a spot to plot it. Clicking a row in DX Cluster, POTA, SOTA, WWFF, or PSK Reporter drops a pin for that station on the world map. Click the same row again to remove the pin.
My Station List works the same way — click a station there to plot it on the map, click it again to take it off.
